Can I resell my plot/property?
Yes, you can resell your plot(s) of land in Charis Court Estate. However, a
letter of notice of transfer of ownership will have to be sent to notify us of the
new owner.
What title document does the land carry?
Charis Court Estate has a Power of Attorney and is 100% free from Government encumbrances.
What type of infrastructure will be developed in the estate?
Charis Court Estate comes with the following features: Perimeter fencing,
Security/CCTV Camera, Drainage, Gate house, 18-20hrs Electricity, Access Road Networks, Fibre Optics Internet Connectivity

Do I have to pay for Survey Plan and Power of Attorney?
No. You will get a free survey plan and Power of attorney after completion of
payment for your plot(s).
Can I request for a refund, if I can’t meet up with the agreed payment plan?
Yes. You can request for a refund, but we’ll have to deduct 30% of the sum
deposited for administrative fees. Please note that refund takes between 30-
90 working days to process after a refund request is made officially in writing
by mail to the company, after which all documents given in course of purchase
will be returned to the company and nullified at the point of refund.
Is there anytime limit for development on my plot?
There is no time limit for commencement of building on your plot. However, a
2–3-year period is given for construction of your perimeter fence on your
plot(s) as well as regularly clearing it to give serenity to the environment.
